I saw this guide from Cabal official forum and I think it's useful.So I bring it here.It is about how to train their skill rank the fastest. It will be based on magic as primary

skill tree and sword and secondary.

1.Optimal Equips -
I would recommend getting a +2/+3 skill set. +4 skills are nice but expensive. So you can afford it and cabal alz  think that its a good deal, go get it. I would also recommend getting a+6 skill exp weapon or two +3 skill weapons.Also, get the highest level jewelry that you can equip.

Start by getting your sword rank to regular first. Then get these following skills at these exact levels.
1)Flash Draw Level 9
2)Impact Stab Level 9
3)Rising Shot Level 9

2.Go get yourself the crappiest katanas/blades you can get. Then go to cabal alz a mob that gives you semi-low damage.Cast regen or any other useful buffs on yourself.Combo with theabove 3 skills repeatedly. Hopefully you can get AT LEAST an 11 combo. Don't worry about the SP bar just keep using combo.

3.Combo Ideals
Try to get excellent always. Excellent gives +20% skill exp
If you can't get excellent at least go for a good. Good gives +10% skill exp.
Take the times skilling to practice your combos. When you reach 11 try to time it so you hit the skill a few milliseconds before the required zone. [I got MUCH better with combos after skilling just for a while.

4.Alternate Ways To Skill Level:

1)Punching Technique- Sadly most people do this not knowing that this is one of the slowest ways to skill level. However, I would punch sometimes in order to regain SP or whenI'm bored and talking on MSN. This is something to do when your bored out of your mind or lazy.

2)Change Force- I personally believe that this is THE crappiest way to skill level. Change force really sucks. I wasted 300k on it When using it you only get a fraction of thenormal skill exp you receive. [85% I think] I would never use this unless you seriously hate skill leveling. Then you could change force and punch =).

3)Other Things Not To Do- Don't mob! I don't know why the hell people do it but you won't get ANY extra skill exp from hitting more than one monster. Don't raise the skilllevel of any skill you are training with over 9. What we want is lowest delay. Not highest damage. Don't over buy adept. Its expensive and some people say there is cabal alz  a maximumlimit to how much extra skill exp you can get. I dunno if its right or wrong but saving money is always a good thing

5)For magic it would be lowest delay skills too.So you would probably get:
Magic Arrow Level 9
Aqua Arrow Level 9
Freezing Arrow Level 9

Just follow the same thing as above. Remember to combo with the three skills. Forgot to add that if you don't want to combo there's no point in doing it since punching withchange force will probably give same amount of skill points. Always Use Combo:
Faster Casting = More Skill Points
Skill Bonus = More Skills Points
