If you believe your account has been compromised and would like OGPlanet to review your account, please follow the following instructions:
1) Using the email address you used to register for an OGPlanet account, send an email to cabal alz [email protected] with the subject line “ Cabal Alz Recovery.� If your email account has also been compromised and you need to use a different email address, include the email address you used to create your account in the body of the message.
2) In the email, include your User ID, the date you noticed your account was compromised, and a brief description of what was compromised (missing Alz, missing items, etc.)
The time it takes to review an account will vary, depending on the extent of investigation that will be required for each account, so please do not worry if we do not respond to your email immediately. We will respond to each request we receive as soon as we can. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to resolve this issue.
